About the role

Lasko Products, a market leader in home comfort products for over 100 years, is looking to add a highly motivated and detailed-oriented Inventory Control Specialist to our light manufacturing facility in Franklin, TN.
The Inventory Control Specialist will be responsible for monitoring and managing inventory levels, ensuring accuracy, and implementing process improvements.
This role is vital in maintaining inventory accuracy, reducing carrying costs, and supporting the company's overall production and distribution objectives.

Identify opportunities for process improvements related to inventory control and develop and implement solutions.
Lead and perform regular inventory reconciliations to identify discrepancies and implement correct actions
Determine and implement processes around material movement within the organization
Utilize historical data and demand forecasting techniques to optimize inventory levels and reorder points
Manage a team of 5 cycle counters
The Inventory Control Specialist will help us maintain efficient inventory management practices.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in inventory management and control, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel.
Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
