Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of Workday, covering HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Learning, Recruiting and Time Tracking
- Excellent technical skills across a wide range of technology products
- An inquisitive and challenging mind, with an interest in questioning and improving the "as is"
- Excellent operational skills e.g. processes, procedures, data analysis
- Excellent HR experience and knowledge
- Client focused
- Collaborative and supportive
- Works with others to deliver results
- Takes personal responsibility to deliver results
- Communication and stakeholder management
Nice to have
- Eastern Time Zone hours preferred
Skills
- Assist in the review, testing, implementation, training, and communication of the deployment.
- Address complex and ambiguous issues and requests by applying analytical and reasoning skills to devise creative solutions
- Stay updated with the latest Workday releases and features, and assess impacts on current configurations
- Take all reasonable steps to ensure appropriate confidentiality and ensure compliance needs are met
Compensation
- The expected base salary range for this role is $40.00-$55.00/hr; actual hourly rate will be determined based on factors including candidate experience and work location.
