This individual serves as the central coordinator of all program timelines, ensuring every dependency, milestone, deliverable, and critical path is accurately reflected and proactively managed.
Success in this role requires exceptional attention to detail, persistence in driving updates from stakeholders, strong analytical skills, and the confidence to hold teams accountable for their commitments.
Ensure every workstream has clearly defined activities, milestones, dependencies, resource assumptions, critical path, and schedule margin.

This role does not directly manage the engineering teams whose work populates the schedule.
Success depends on building credibility, asking the right questions, influencing cross-functional leaders, and persistently driving timely updates and accountability across the organization.
Willing to challenge engineering leads and stakeholders when task logic, durations, or dependencies are incomplete or unrealistic.
Thrives on organization, structure, and meticulous attention to detail, with a genuine passion for building and maintaining accurate, high-quality schedules.
Uses schedule data to drive decision-making rather than simply reporting status, proactively recommending recovery plans when milestones are at risk.
