Responsibilities

  • Advanced technical knowledge and understanding of all engagement channels to effectively support member inquiries received either in-person or via phone call, text, chat or email.
  • Independently manages new/complex situations and delivers valuable solutions.
  • Participates in or leads group team building strategies.
  • Builds relationships and networks, internally and externally.
  • Maintains regular and punctual attendance.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with members.

Requirements

  • Two (2)+ years of experience in retail banking or credit union.
  • Proven track record with financial sales products.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the state and federal regulations such as Reg.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Ability to arrive on time for all scheduled shifts.
  • Ability to comprehend and apply credit union policy, procedure and protocols.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of all Credit Union products and services is required, along with a demonstrated commitment to providing beneficial solutions to members.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree, or higher, in business or related field.
  • Fluent in Spanish.
  • Proficiency in leading or coaching fellow employees.
  • Additional financial institution experience.
