Responsibilities
- Advanced technical knowledge and understanding of all engagement channels to effectively support member inquiries received either in-person or via phone call, text, chat or email.
- Independently manages new/complex situations and delivers valuable solutions.
- Participates in or leads group team building strategies.
- Builds relationships and networks, internally and externally.
- Maintains regular and punctual attendance.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with members.

Requirements
- Two (2)+ years of experience in retail banking or credit union.
- Proven track record with financial sales products.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the state and federal regulations such as Reg.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Ability to arrive on time for all scheduled shifts.
- Ability to comprehend and apply credit union policy, procedure and protocols.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

- Comprehensive knowledge of all Credit Union products and services is required, along with a demonstrated commitment to providing beneficial solutions to members.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree, or higher, in business or related field.
- Fluent in Spanish.
- Proficiency in leading or coaching fellow employees.
- Additional financial institution experience.
