About the role
- This role reports directly to the CFO and is based in Ketjen's Houston area office (Clear Lake ).
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain financial models that support strategic initiatives and business performance evaluation.
- Business Partnering & Leadership Support
- Serve as the primary financial partner to business leaders across the organization.
- Support strategic projects, including investment analyses, scenario modeling, and capital planning.
- A diverse array of resources to support you professionally and personally.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
- 8-10+ years of progressively responsible experience in FP&A or corporate finance.
- Required Qualifications
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to partner with executive leadership and influence decision-making.
- Demonstrated experience leading budgeting and long-range planning processes.
- Effective communicator capable of distilling complex information for senior audiences.
- Experience managing and developing teams.
Nice to have
- MBA, CPA, or related advanced degree or certification.
- Experience in a multi-site or global business environment.
- Prior experience supporting a CFO or serving in a senior FP&A leadership role.
- Familiarity with financial systems, BI tools, or advanced analytics platforms.
