About the role
- Property Insight a subsidiary of Fidelity National Financial, Inc. (NYSE: FNF) is seeking a Product-Process Trainer to join its Maitland, FL office.

Responsibilities
- Designs, modifies, or develops instructional materials for multiple training modalities including traditional instructor-led classes, web based/virtual classes, and job-aids.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Responsible for handling incoming phone calls to the Support desk
- Respond to client emails coming into Support shared mailbox
- For systems/products trained, reviews system/software documentation from product development teams, such as release notes, system requirements, system design specifications, technical and functional system design, configuration control requirements, etc. to understand and stay current on systems changes; enhances system knowledge through hands-on practice.
Requirements
- Thorough, detailed knowledge of Property Insight systems and products trained as well as Fidelity procedures
- Understanding of, and ability to demonstrate products
- Experience with the TitlePoint or other electronic plant applications
