Responsibilities

  • Manage project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, (Return for Information), and meeting minutes.
  • Attend company/project meetings with clients, subcontractors, etc., and provide project management support
  • The Assistant Project Manager is an entry-level project management position and is expected to learn and develop competency in the Essential Duties and Responsibilities.
  • In addition, the APM is responsible for providing administrative and construction support for our Project Management team.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of construction technology, scheduling, equipment, and methods required
  • Tactful and has a professional demeanor, and ability to interact effectively with managers, employees, vendors, and others
  • Oral and written communication skills as required for the position
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a construction-related role

Nice to have

  • Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Oracle preferred

Compensation

  • $79,600.00-$119,400.00 Annual
  • The pay range for this role is what we expect to pay for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on this job description.
  • Candidate's pay can vary based on location, job-related experience, skills, and education.
