About the role
- This is not a technical embroidery production role.
- This person will help shape how customization comes to life at FIGS, ensuring every customer-facing touchpoint feels premium, intentional, and unmistakably FIGS.
- This role's base salary range is between $115,000 and $125,000.
Responsibilities
- Design Personalization Experiences
- Design embroidery, customization, and personalization concepts that align with the FIGS brand.
- Create elevated visual solutions for customer-facing personalization across products, retail, digital, and experiential activations.
- Develop scalable graphic systems that maintain consistency across multiple customer touchpoints.
- Apply localization principles to adapt designs for different languages, cultures, and regions while maintaining a cohesive brand experience.
- Create Graphics & Embroidery Artwork
- Design original embroidery artwork, iconography, monograms, patches, stickers, and branded graphics.
- Develop creative for:
- Design thoughtful embroidery placements across apparel and accessories.
- Develop color palettes, typography, graphic systems, and embroidery applications that align with the FIGS brand.
Requirements
- 5-8+ years of experience in graphic design, embroidery design, apparel graphics, product design, or customization.
- Experience designing graphics for apparel, accessories, or branded products.
- Ability to translate brand strategy into elevated customer-facing creative.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop.

Compensation
- At FIGS, your base salary is one part of your total compensation package.
- This role's base salary range is between $115,000 and $125,000.
- Actual base salary is determined based on a number of factors, including but not limited to your relevant skills, qualifications, and years of experience.
