About the role

- Lead the day-to-day operations of the Aluminum Division.
- Train, mentor, and develop team members.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.

- The ideal candidate has experience in aluminum fabrication and installation and enjoys building strong teams while delivering exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- Experience in aluminum fabrication, aluminum construction, or similar trades.
- Ability to read plans and solve problems in the field.
- Experience managing crews and multiple projects.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Dependable, self-motivated, and committed to quality.
Nice to have
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
