Responsibilities
- Own prospective families from initial outreach through enrollment, managing the complete consultative sales process.
- Build trust by educating parents and students on the college admissions process in a clear, approachable manner.
- Maintain a disciplined follow-up cadence with prospective families throughout their decision-making process.
- Manage CRM records with accurate notes, pipeline updates, lead status, and next steps.
- Track common objections, customer feedback, and lead quality trends to improve future outreach and messaging.
- Create urgency around admissions planning milestones while maintaining a high-trust customer experience.
Requirements
- You possess a strong understanding of the college admissions process.
- You are comfortable with proactive outbound outreach and managing a high-volume sales pipeline.
- You have demonstrated success managing opportunities within Salesforce or another CRM platform.
- You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and disciplined with follow-up.

Compensation
- $40,000/year; Commission: $44,000
- The Princeton Review and Tutor.com offer a competitive salary which commensurates with experience and skills.
