About the role
- Reporting to the General Manager, you'll co-lead day-to-day club operations with a strong emphasis on golf operations and the sale and flawless execution of outings, tournaments, banquets, and special events.
- You'll be a hands-on, visible leader who drives revenue, develops the team, and ensures every guest - from daily-fee player to corporate group - has an exceptional experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead events team running golf outings, tournaments, and banquets, from sales handoff through day-of execution.
- Partner with sales, F&B, and agronomy to deliver seamless, high-volume events & daily fee experiences.
- Support F&B outlets and banquet catering service and standards along side F&B Team
- Hire, train, schedule, and develop staff
- manage the club in the GM's absence.

Requirements
- 3+ years of leadership in golf operations, hospitality, or event/club management.
- Proven experience executing golf outings, tournaments, and/or large events.
- Strong financial acumen and comfort with POS/tee sheet systems.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and peak season.
