Responsibilities
- Drive safety awareness and engagement throughout the plant organization
- Develop and maintain comprehensive skills matrices (element trees) for each department and position
- Create training materials including One Point Lessons, Work Instructions, and multimedia resources
- Design and implement competency frameworks aligned with operational requirements
- Report training analytics and collaborate with department leaders on progress
- Lead new employee onboarding and conduct comprehensive skills assessments
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to associates at various skill levels
- Support plant-wide improvement projects and initiatives through targeted training
- Decision-Making Authority: Training program development, curriculum design, and competency assessments

Requirements
- Software & Systems Proficiency
- Microsoft Office Suite: Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Nice to have
- High School diploma OR equivalent experience
- Proficient formal or informal training experience preferred
- Expert-level knowledge in manufacturing processes

- Capability to assess departmental skills and knowledge needs
- Training Delivery: Strong presentation and facilitation skills for diverse audiences
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Effective communication with Plant Leadership, Operations, HR, and supervisors

- Safety Training: Experience promoting safety-conscious behaviors through training programs
- Risk Assessment: Understanding manufacturing safety protocols and hazard identification
- Understanding of industrial safety practices and regulatory requirements
