About the role
- Experience managing inventory levels, inventory control processes, and material availability.
Responsibilities
- Creates and maintains a detailed production schedule from the production plan.
- Establishes sequence and lead time of each operation to meet shipment dates per the master schedule/plan obtained from the Production Planners.
- Executes daily, plant-level Materials Requirement Planning (MRP) to create and manage production requirements to meet the production delivery schedules.
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills with the ability to monitor performance metrics and support operational decision-making.

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
- Working knowledge of and ability to use tools such as measuring tapes, calipers, grinders, and other hand tools as required
- Proven ability to communicate directly with project managers regarding order status and delivery dates.
- Knowledge of logistics coordination, including scheduling, transportation, and delivery management.
- Ability to safely use a ladder while performing job duties, as needed.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 40 pounds.
Nice to have
- Experience managing and coordinating multiple production schedules for MV, LV, and LIS Switchgear (SWGR) a plus.
