Responsibilities
- Own and drive cross-functional projects from scoping to execution to measurement. If something is broken or unowned, it's yours.

- You'll own products end-to-end, from talking to patients about what's broken, to defining the solution, to shipping it, to iterating in production.
- How do you build agentic systems that handle real clinical logistics reliably?
- Build operating infrastructure: meeting cadences, OKRs, dashboards, process documentation, board and investor materials.
- Support growth and go-to-market: run experiments, analyze channels, build outreach materials, manage vendor and partner relationships.
Skills
- 2-4+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or strategy/operations at a high-growth startup.
