About the role

  • JOB POSITION: Industrial Technician Are you interested in becoming an experienced Overhead Crane Service Technician?
  • Join Konecranes, one of the world's largest material handling companies.

Responsibilities

  • Perform post-repair audits to ensure safety features are functional.
  • Maintain company-issued equipment, vehicles, and assets in proper working order.
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
  • You'll troubleshoot 480 3-phase motors, address crane issues, and collaborate with clients and facility directors to meet service needs across the United States.

Requirements

  • Must have and maintain a good driving record, including a valid driver's license.
  • Must be willing to work off the ground.
  • Must be able to frequently lift to 25 lbs.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a daily basis.
  • Must be able to lift to 75 lbs. although not on a daily basis.
  • Must be able to lift 100 lbs. on a rare basis.
  • Complete service reports and other required documents accurately and promptly.

Nice to have

  • Associate degree in Industrial Electrical and/or Mechanical Technology or related field preferred or equivalent vocational/technical training and experience.

Compensation

  • $22 - $48 an hour - Pay is determined based on skills, geographic location, internal equity, market/data analysis, number of years of prior relevant experience, degrees and/or certifications, technical assessment score, etc.
  • Holidays: 10 paid holidays per year
  • 10 paid holidays per year
