Responsibilities

  • Assist with estimating structural and architectural concrete and masonry projects Perform quantity takeoffs using On-Screen Takeoff, Bluebeam, and related software Review drawings, specifications, and project documents to support bid preparation Assist with project management activities from award through closeout Support the preparation and management of RFIs, submittals, and change orders Coordinate with project teams, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers Monitor project costs, schedules, and documentation Develop strong client relationships through proactive communication and service Participate in project meetings and assist with project planning efforts Learn and implement the company's proven project management and estimating processes Collaborate with field and office teams to ensure successful project execution Contribute to a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
