Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day ecommerce fulfillment operations with third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse partners, ensuring accurate order processing, inventory management, and on-time shipment of customer orders.
  • Manage final-mile and white glove delivery scheduling, serving as the primary liaison between delivery vendors, clients, and internal Account Managers.
  • Monitor orders throughout the fulfillment lifecycle-from purchase through delivery-and maintain accurate records within ERP, OMS, and SharePoint systems.
  • Retrieve, organize, and maintain delivery documentation, site photos, and post-installation records within SharePoint.
  • Partner with the 5-Star Customer Experience and Claims teams to resolve escalated ecommerce order issues.
  • Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to support the continued growth and scalability of STARK's ecommerce operations.
  • Perform other tasks and duties as assigned.
  • STARK is seeking a Logistics & Fulfillment Coordinator to support our growing ecommerce operations.
  • As STARK continues to expand its direct-to-consumer business, this individual will play a critical role in coordinating fulfillment operations across third-party logistics partners, delivery vendors, and internal teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience from order placement through delivery.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, ecommerce operations, order fulfillment, supply chain coordination, or a related operations role.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and changing business needs.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with ecommerce fulfillment processes, third-party logistics (3PL) providers, and/or final-mile or white glove delivery operations preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook
  • experience with ERP, OMS, or warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
