About the role
- At Delos Insurance Solutions, we are seeking a dedicated and licensed insurance professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
- The ideal candidate will hold a California Property & Casualty Insurance License and possess previous experience in customer service within the insurance industry.
- In this role, you will play a crucial part in our mission to redefine property insurance in wildfire-prone regions, offering unparalleled service to our valued customers.
Responsibilities
- Deliver top-tier, unscripted white-glove service via phone, email, and chat.
- Document daily challenges and corrective actions in the call-center database.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 year of insurance customer service experience required.
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance producer license required in any U.S. state.
- If not currently licensed in California, candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Californian-resident insurance license within 90 days of hire.
- Technical proficiency with platforms such as Slack, Gmail, G-Suite, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft 365, HubSpot CRM, Zoom, and more.
