Responsibilities
- As a Lead AV Installation Technician, you will oversee the deployment and maintenance of AV and TelePresence technologies across client sites.
- You will lead installation teams, ensure optimal system performance, and act as a technical escalation point while maintaining high standards of service delivery.
- Lead the installation and de-installation of AV/TelePresence products.
- Perform preventative maintenance and readiness checks.
- Install software upgrades and manage break/fix and RMA requests.
- Document hardware failures and supervise rack building processes.
- Ability to read and interpret technical plans and perform necessary configurations.
Requirements
- Travel nationally to customer sites as required.
- Experience with AV/VC integrations.
Compensation
- $80,000 - $110,000 USD
