Responsibilities

  • Create compelling marketing content and messaging to support KKR's insurance business, including variable, fixed, and fixed index annuity products, while contributing to broader firmwide content initiatives as needed.
  • Develop B2B and B2C content across multiple channels, including web, email, social media, video, presentations, thought leadership, sales enablement materials, and print.
  • Partner with product marketing, sales, investment professionals, designers, and other stakeholders to develop content that supports strategic marketing and business objectives.
  • Collaborate across Marketing, Legal, Compliance, and business teams to ensure content accuracy, regulatory compliance, and timely delivery.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing competing priorities and delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • KKR sponsors investment funds that invest in private equity, credit and real assets and has strategic partners that manage hedge funds.
  • This role will primarily support KKR's insurance business, Global Atlantic, while also contributing to content initiatives across the broader firm.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in communication, marketing or English.
  • 7+ years marketing copywriting experience, minimum of 4 + years in the financial services industry, preferably annuity.
  • Demonstrated willingness and ability to write both engaging short-form content (emails, sales aids, short articles) and longer-form articles
  • Ability to effectively interact with senior leadership.

  • Ability for occasional travel.
  • This is the expected annual base salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary based on factors, such as skill, experience, and qualification for the role. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, based on factors such as individual and team performance. Base Salary Range - $115,000 to $120,000
