About the role

- Keystone advises technology leaders, Fortune 100 companies, their legal counsel, and governments on business, economic, litigation, and regulatory strategy in relation to these innovations and competitive eco-systems.
- The role reports to the Director of Accounting Operations and Transformation, has one direct report, and is based in Boston, MA on a hybrid schedule with three days per week in the office.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end accounts payable operations for a centralized U.S.-based function supporting domestic and international entities.
- Design, implement, and continuously improve AP workflows that support scalability, accuracy, and strong financial controls.
- Establishand maintain standard operating procedures across AP processes, including clear performance metrics and regular reporting for Finance leadership.
- Own the AP technology stack, including day-to-day administration of Ramp for corporate card activity, employee expenses, and vendor invoices.
- Own Keystone's corporate expense policy, including updates, communication, employee guidance, and exception escalation.
- Implement and manage a formal purchase order program, including policy design, approval hierarchies, system configuration, and employee training.
- Manage vendor onboarding, statement reconciliation, dispute resolution, payment terms, and ongoing vendor relationships.
- Partner with Procurement, Legal, FP&A, Operations, and business leaders to align AP processes with broader financial governanceobjectives.
- Manage AP obligations across multiple internationaljurisdictions, including vendor onboarding, statutory payment requirements, VAT/GST considerations, and local compliance requirements.
- 7+ years of progressive accounts payable experience, including at least 3 years in a management or lead capacity.

Compensation
- $110,000 - $130,000 USD
