Responsibilities
- Manage existing BMP work performed by subcontractors, direct subcontractor crews and conduct periodic safety audits
- Hire, train, and lead superintendents and field crews, fostering a strong safety culture and high‑quality field execution
- Coordinate labor, equipment, and resources to maintain schedules, compliance, and profitability across projects.
- Review and approve timecards, field reports, schedules, and project correspondence to support accurate tracking and operational efficiency

Requirements
- You'll work closely with our internal construction team and our clients and ensure crews correctly install/remove BMPs as required by the SWPPP while ensuring all safety requirements are followed.
- Associate degree or relevant experience in project management or construction projects
- 7+ years of experience in the construction industry-focus on BMP services
- 5+ years of experience in construction site management
- Experience Installing typical construction site BMP's
- Experience scheduling multiple jobsites/resources daily
Nice to have
- CHST certification
- PMP certification
- Fluent in Spanish
Compensation
- $115,000-$125,000
