Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive HR leadership experience, including at least 7 years in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- High level proficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office, and data analytics.
- Demonstrates strong business acuity with the ability to align HR strategies with manufacturing goals.
- Robust project management skills with the ability to handle competing priorities.
- & Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field is required.
Nice to have
- Master's degree preferred Professional certifications, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, or other relevant HR certifications preferred.
- Travel 40% plus additional as may be required by events, training, operations, etc.
