Responsibilities
- Own the strategy, creation, and ongoing refinement of sales-focused content across enablement platforms, including Loopio and Seismic.
- Develop targeted collateral that supports business development across client segments, audience types, and stages of the sales process.
- Create and maintain core sales materials, including capability overviews, product and solution summaries, presentation modules, pitch content, proposal templates, reusable response content, and messaging frameworks.
- Lead efforts to improve platform adoption, user experience, and overall content effectiveness, escalating platform strategy decisions to Marketing leadership as appropriate.
- Develop playbooks, guides, and training materials that improve sales team effectiveness, consistency, and confidence.
Skills
- Advanced knowledge of sales enablement strategy, content development, and platform governance in a complex B2B or institutional environment.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to distill complex investment or advisory concepts into client-ready content.
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to connect content priorities to broader business development goals.
- Experience managing or governing sales enablement platforms (e.g., Seismic, Loopio, or equivalent).
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with senior leaders on content and enablement topics.
- Experience supporting institutional sales, advisory, or investment-related business development efforts.
- Strong presentation development skills and visual storytelling instincts.
- Experience leading or mentoring others in a content, marketing, or enablement function.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, finance, economics, or a related field (required).
Compensation
- 101900 Pay Range Maximum:
- In addition to the listed salary range, this position is eligible for an annual performance-based bonus and a comprehensive, competitive benefits package.
- Actual placement within the stated salary range will be determined based on factors such as skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as internal equity.
