About the role
- We're seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to serve as a key connection between our customers and sales team, delivering a seamless and positive experience from first contact through close.
Responsibilities
- Partner with our sales team to manage and qualify leads, keeping the pipeline full and flowing.
- Follow up after installations to ensure complete satisfaction, address any concerns, and build strong, lasting relationships.
- Share valuable insights with our marketing team to enhance lead quality and campaign effectiveness.

Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in sales support or coordination, ideally in HVAC or a related field.
- This position operates in an office environment and requires the ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time.
- Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information with internal and external stakeholders is required.
- Must be able to work under centrally controlled fluorescent lighting.
Nice to have
- A high school diploma (an associate degree in business or marketing is a plus!).
Compensation
- $80,000 - $150,000 USD
