  • Your leadership is critical to cultivate a store environment where operations run smoothly, the store looks fabulous, and associates are trained and motivated to reach their highest potential.

Responsibilities

  • You partner with the Store Manager to execute daily action plans.
  • You will help guide your team to success with the support of store leaders.
  • Drive results by identifying business opportunities in partnership with store leaders.
  • Support store leadership with onboarding new associates when needed.
  • Support the store's priorities by adhering to brand guidelines, operational requirements, and asset protection policies.

Requirements

  • With your operational knowledge, you'll have the ability to seamlessly step into the Manager role when needed.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to read, write and communicate in English
  • Proficient with technology, including an ability to operate store systems accurately
