- The Tournament & Event Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing private events hosted at the club. This position serves as the primary point of contact for clients from the initial inquiry through event completion, ensuring an exceptional guest experience while maximizing event revenue. The ideal candidate is highly organized,
Responsibilities
- Manage event billing, deposits, and final invoicing.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and community partners.
- Maintain accurate records of event inquiries, bookings, and client communications.
Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during events.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to work both indoors and outdoors depending on event needs.
- Previous experience in event planning, hospitality, catering, club management, or a related field preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and event management software preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.
