About the role

  • The position plays a key role in customer service, inventory accuracy, and efficient warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

  • Perform SAP transactions related to receiving, inventory movement, and shipping activities.
  • Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, and maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
  • The Shipping/Receiving Operator supports warehouse and distribution operations by handling inbound and outbound materials accurately, safely, and on time.

Requirements

  • Experience using SAP or a comparable inventory or warehouse management system.
  • Ability to operate forklifts safely, including both standing and seated equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately verify documentation and materials.

Nice to have

  • Logistics, shipping, or warehouse experience involving scheduling or transportation coordination.
  • Certification or experience with DOT, IATA, and IMDG shipping requirements.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and data entry tasks.

Compensation

  • Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts, annual inventories, relabeling, repackaging, and continuous improvement initiatives.
