Responsibilities
- Collaborates closely with UX designers and senior researchers to prepare and execute research activities.
- Supports all stages of the design development process from customer research, concept development, usability testing, customer validation, and customer discovery activities.
- Drawing from our unique perspectives, we collaborate to deliver on our purpose.

Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree or certificate in HCI, UX Research or equivalent
- Minimum 3+ years of professional experience as a User Experience Researcher
- Experience conducting customer or end user interviews
- Experience conducting usability testing, observational research, or field research activities.
- Experience creating research deliverables such as personas, journey maps, workflow maps, or research reports.
Nice to have
- Strong skills in synthesis, sense‑making, and communicating implications to varied stakeholders

Compensation
- $86,080.00 - $129,120.00 Annual
- Incentive Compensation:
- In addition to base pay, Zebra offers this role the opportunity to earn a performance-based annual cash incentive, at a target equal to 10% of base pay, in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
