About the role
- We are seeking a licensed Master Plumber to handle plumbing work across our residential rental in the Charlotte market.
- This role focuses on repairs, maintenance, and inspections while ensuring all systems remain safe, reliable, and compliant.
- You'll work independently in the field while also supporting our internal maintenance team as the go-to plumbing expert.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance
- Support and guide in-house technicians on complex plumbing issues
- Maintain clear communication and a professional, customer-first approach
- Own standard plumbing tools
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Required: Master Plumbing License (in-state)
- 5+ years of plumbing experience
- Ability to work independently in the field
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship)
Compensation
- $30.00 - $45.00 per hour (Base pay may be adjusted based on experience, licensure level, and location.)
