About the role
- The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee day-to-day maintenance operations, including equipment maintenance and repair, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Assigning preventative maintenance using an automated CMMS and maintaining asset inventory for production equipment, including general operations of TAS equipment and vehicles.

Responsibilities
- Create work schedules to ensure equipment is properly maintained.
- Create work orders using CMMS.
- Perform periodic reports, keep records, and evaluate employee performance.
- The supervisor will also manage a team of maintenance personnel, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety standards.
- The Maintenance Supervisor will also maintain shop organization, assess department tool needs, maintain equipment manuals, and ensure sufficient spare parts are available for all critical equipment.
Requirements
- Five years of related experience in a manufacturing environment
- Must have a good command of the English language, both written and verbal
- Regularly required to sit, stand or walk, bend and reach, occasional climbing of stairs, steps, ladders
- The use of PPE is required.
- Ability to stand up to 10 hours a day (with a lunch in between) and up to 6 days a week.

- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience in the technology or industrial sector is a plus
- Knowledge of facilities management practices and techniques. Basic safety procedures, personnel management, and equal employment practices.
- Must be an effective problem-solver.
- Ability to work well under pressure and enforce safety regulations.
- Availability to work overtime or outside normal schedule as required.
- Organized, since this job entails making schedules and maintaining records.
- An associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
