This role will oversee our global recruiting team, partner closely with business leaders on workforce planning, and drive sourcing strategies that proactively identify and engage top talent before hiring needs become urgent.
Talent Acquisition Strategy Develop and execute Neostella's global talent acquisition strategy.
Partner with executive leadership and department leaders to forecast hiring needs and workforce plans.
Build scalable recruiting processes that support continued global expansion.
Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development Build proactive sourcing strategies and talent communities across key functional areas.
Drive employee referral initiatives and passive candidate engagement strategies.
Consult on organizational design, role scoping, interviewing strategies, and market intelligence.
