Commercial & Marketing Performance Ownership

As a Marketing team, our job is to deliver best-in-class communications and frictionless customer journeys.
You'll help drive leads, revenue, and partner growth through campaigns, content, channel development, and commercial marketing initiatives.
As Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering marketing strategy in collaboration with our partners.
You'll drive top-of-funnel expansion through innovative campaigns, channel development, content strategy, and commercial ownership of partner performance.
Develop robust, data-backed campaign strategies across owned and partner channels. Relentlessly test, optimize, and identify new opportunities to expand market reach, improve performance, and increase acquisition efficiency.

Success in this role requires a strong understanding of performance metrics and the ability to translate insights into action.
Agency experience or experience within a high-growth technology, SaaS, fintech, or scale-up environment is highly desirable.
Experience analyzing marketing performance data and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
Strong presentation, communication, and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders.
A proactive mindset with a bias toward action and continuous improvement.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
