About the role

This hybrid position reports to an Assistant General Counsel and may be in any of our Denver, San Francisco, San Diego, or Scottsdale offices.
Pay by location: - Denver, Scottsdale: $147,000 - $175,000 - San Diego: 162,000 - $190,000 - San Francisco: $175,000 - $210,000 If you don't meet 100% of the qualifications, but see yourself contributing, please submit your resume.
Salary Range Across all U.S. Locations $147,000 - $210,000 USD Clearway Energy Group is leading the transition to a world powered by clean energy.

Review, interpret, draft, and negotiate project documents such as power purchase agreements
Support management of litigation and other dispute resolution processes
Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality legal work with accuracy, attention to detail, and sound judgment.
Communication skills (verbal and written); project management skills; ability to negotiate; ability to provide a high level of client service and build consensus.

JD and a strong academic record from an accredited law school, and a license to practice law are required.

$147,000 - $210,000 USD
This role is eligible to earn an annual cash bonus, subject to personal and company performance goals.
