About the role
- Under the supervision of the Director of AI & Shared Services, the Software License Delivery Coordinator is responsible for generating, validating, and delivering OPAL‑RT software licenses to customers worldwide.
- This role is essential to ensuring a smooth, accurate, and timely software delivery experience, while acting as a key operational link between internal teams and external customers.
- We are looking for a detail‑oriented, reliable, and proactive individual with strong organizational skills, a customer‑focused mindset, and an interest in improving tools and processes.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (sales, accounting, support) to clarify requirements and resolve ambiguities.
- Generate and deliver software licenses using internal tools and systems.
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience in a role related to customer service, sales support, operations, or administrative coordination.
- Knowledge of English is required for communication with our international clients.
