Responsibilities
- Partner with executive, strategy, and client teams to identify opportunities where data and AI can deliver measurable impact across creator selection, content performance, audience alignment, and trend forecasting.
- Architect and build robust, intelligent dashboards, models, and frameworks that convert complex datasets into intuitive, actionable solutions.
- Design and implement scalable data models and analytical systems that support enterprise-grade use cases.
- Lead the translation of ambiguous business challenges into concrete technical requirements and AI-powered solutions.
- Develop and optimize advanced SQL queries and data pipelines across platforms like Snowflake and BigQuery to operationalize your models.
- Collaborate with the Data Engineering and AI teams to ensure data quality, infrastructure alignment, and system efficiency.
- Build internal enablement tools that democratize insight - empowering non-technical teams to use, understand, and scale data-driven solutions.
- Deep understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and analytical design principles.
- Product-minded approach with the ability to design intuitive tools and solutions for non-technical users.
Requirements

Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field - or equivalent experience demonstrating technical excellence and business fluency.
- 5+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or similar role, ideally within a data-heavy or AI-enabled environment.
- Expert proficiency in SQL with experience designing performant, complex data transformations.
- Hands-on experience with modern BI platforms such as Sigma, Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Direct experience with Sigma is a strong plus.
- Strong knowledge of cloud data platforms, including Snowflake and Google BigQuery.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous and fast-evolving problem spaces, transforming open-ended questions into actionable data products.
- Demonstrated passion for uncovering insights in social, consumer, or behavioral data.
