About the role

  • Schedule warehouse personnel daily to ensure appropriate staffing levels that meet operational demands in a productive, cost-effective, and timely manner.
  • Directly supervise day-to-day warehouse activities to ensure efficient receiving, storage, and distribution of materials.
  • Ensure proper flow and utilization of the ASRS, including associated input conveyors and outfeeds.

  • Administer warehouse safety programs to maintain a safe work environment, ensuring all safety procedures are followed and equipment is properly maintained.
  • Oversee cycle counting activities and maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse; investigate and resolve problem skids, scanning errors, and system-related issues.
  • The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for supervising and training Warehousers and ASRS Operators in support of plant operations, product shipping, and component receiving.
  • Expedite materials as needed to support production and shipping requirements.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in Business or Logistics Management, or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Proven ability to train, supervise, and mentor employees
  • Ability to read, write, and understand customer specifications, cGMPs, and SOPs
  • Experience with inventory control and warehouse management systems
