About the role
- You will direct craft professional activities and work schedules, and coordinate subcontract work activities and team development.
- Leadership / Supervision (Discipline Supervision up to 50 craft)
- Supervises and/or directs craft activities as assigned.
Responsibilities
- Ensures the most current design document is used to complete the work and that all design changes are approved prior to implementation.
- Works with Construction Field Engineers, Foremen, and Craft Professionals, in interpreting Engineering design documents, vendor documents, and other technical documents

Requirements
- Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 8 -10 years of relevant experience or 12-14 years of relevant work experience
- Required Knowledge and
- Some lifting may be required.
- Must have the ability to walk into and out of the project (enter/egress).
- Must be able to use appropriate standard issued Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) required for each assigned task (i.e. harness, life vest, lift buckets, etc.).
- The position to which you are applying may have additional background and drug screening requirements from those of your current position.
- Please refer to the applicable policy manual and ensure you meet the minimum requirements.
Skills
- Experience in a supervisory position on a construction site.
- Demonstrated ability to problem-solve in high pressure situations.
- Computer literate in word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications.
- Working knowledge of applicable industry codes and standards.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving ability.
