Responsibilities

  • Work closely with academic and clinical collaborators to integrate high throughput sequencing assays to develop new target hypotheses.
  • We are looking for a highly-skilled wet lab scientist to execute experiments in the laboratory in support of these early discovery efforts.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, MS: 0+ years of relevant experience ($86,300 - $129,500)
  • Strong record of technical proficiency, innovation, and scientific rigor as demonstrated by publication in high-quality scientific journals.
  • Scientist 2: Typically requires or equivalent work experience: BSc: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, MS: 0+ years of relevant experience ($86,300 - $129,500)
  • Senior Scientist: Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree
  • or 3 years and a Master's degree

  • The estimated base salary range for the Scientist I/II or Senior Scientist, Early Discovery - Foster City, CA (San Francisco Bay Area) role based in the United States of America is: $72,200 - $108,400. Should the level or location of the role change during the hiring process, the applicable base pay range may be updated accordingly. The range reflects long‑term growth in the role. Most candidates are hired between the minimum and middle of the range. Placement depends on experience, skills, location, and internal equity. Additionally, all employees are eligible for one of our variable cash programs (bonus or commission) and eligible roles may receive equity as part of the compensation package.
