About the role

LG Electronics Air Solutions is hiring a Senior Program Manager to take ownership of the long-term direction of an assigned product line.
This role is accountable for reading market needs, regulatory change, and the competitive landscape, and turning that understanding into a product roadmap and strategy that leadership and engineering can execute against.
The Senior Program Manager works cross-functionally across engineering, marketing, sales, and Korea HQ, and may mentor junior Program managers.

Own the product roadmap and long-term strategy for an assigned product line, from market input through launch
Lead ongoing competitive analysis and benchmarking
Own pricing, volume, and margin assumptions for the roadmap in partnership with finance
Build and maintain relationships with Korea HQ product planning counterparts to align regional and global roadmaps
Lead ongoing competitive analysis and benchmarking; identify white space and positioning opportunities

5+ years of experience in product management or product development, with direct HVAC or related mechanical equipment experience
Bilingual in Korean and English required, both written and verbal, sufficient for executive-level technical and business discussions
Strong working knowledge of HVAC systems, applicable codes, and industry standards
Track record of navigating regulatory change and translating it into product strategy
Proven ability to influence senior leadership and align cross-functional teams without direct authority
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word;
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering discipline; advanced degree a plus
Demonstrated ownership of a product roadmap or portfolio, including market analysis and business case development
Excellent written and verbal communication skills across technical and executive audiences
Willingness to travel domestically and to Korea as needed (estimated 15-25%)
