About the role

  • LG Electronics Air Solutions is hiring a Senior Program Manager to take ownership of the long-term direction of an assigned product line.
  • This role is accountable for reading market needs, regulatory change, and the competitive landscape, and turning that understanding into a product roadmap and strategy that leadership and engineering can execute against.
  • The Senior Program Manager works cross-functionally across engineering, marketing, sales, and Korea HQ, and may mentor junior Program managers.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product roadmap and long-term strategy for an assigned product line, from market input through launch
  • Lead ongoing competitive analysis and benchmarking
  • Own pricing, volume, and margin assumptions for the roadmap in partnership with finance
  • Build and maintain relationships with Korea HQ product planning counterparts to align regional and global roadmaps
  • Lead ongoing competitive analysis and benchmarking; identify white space and positioning opportunities

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product management or product development, with direct HVAC or related mechanical equipment experience
  • Bilingual in Korean and English required, both written and verbal, sufficient for executive-level technical and business discussions
  • Strong working knowledge of HVAC systems, applicable codes, and industry standards
  • Track record of navigating regulatory change and translating it into product strategy
  • Proven ability to influence senior leadership and align cross-functional teams without direct authority
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word;
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering discipline; advanced degree a plus
  • Demonstrated ownership of a product roadmap or portfolio, including market analysis and business case development
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across technical and executive audiences
  • Willingness to travel domestically and to Korea as needed (estimated 15-25%)

Compensation

  • $100,000 - $127,000 USD
