Responsibilities

  • Partner with department leaders to develop and implement Strategies that support business objectives
  • Support talent acquisitions efforts including workforce planning, interviewing, and onboarding,
  • Manage employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies
  • Collaborate with leadership on organizational design and change management initiatives
  • Demonstrate the ability to coach, lead and develop organizations

  • We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Senior Human Resources Business Partner to align people strategies with business objectives.
  • This person must balance employee advocacy with business leadership while driving initiatives that support the overall HR strategy, the company's strategic priorities, and BE's culture and core values.

Requirements

  • Ability to stand/walk for extended periods ( up to 4 hours)
  • Ability to bend, kneel, reach, or twist
  • Ability to distinguish colors or small details
  • Hearing ability to detect alarms and communicate effectively

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • 10+ plus years of progressive HR experience
  • Demonstrated success in a dynamic, frequently changing, and geographically dispersed environment
  • Excellent interpersonal communications, and conflict resolution skills
  • Experience managing complex employee relations, federal & state laws, & dispute resolution
  • Good knowledge of compensation planning, modeling and analysis
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with HRIS systems preferably Workday and Microsoft Office suite

Compensation

  • $138,600.00 - $199,400.00
  • The total compensation for this position includes standard company benefits and is based on various factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills and experience.
