About the role

  • The Acquisition Manager plays a critical role in identifying and acquiring residential throughout key Southern California markets for renovation and resale.
  • The role requires a true hunter mindset - someone who excels at uncovering and securing off-market opportunities in addition to analyzing MLS listings.
  • This includes an understanding of neighborhood dynamics, micro-markets, pricing trends, luxury housing inventory, and the expectations of affluent buyers and sellers within these highly competitive markets.

Requirements

  • Able to see and read computer screens, small electronic devices, and maps. ▪ Hearing Requirement: Able to detect specific noises for proper equipment operation. ▪ Ability to pass a pre-employment physical.
  • The nature of the position requires prolonged periods of sitting. ▪ May on occasion require prolonged periods of walking or standing. ▪ Must be able to lift, push, pull up to 15lbs. ▪

Nice to have

  • Master's degree in real estate, business, finance, or related field. ▪ Proven and measurable experience in renovation and constructions processes, including commonly used terms and transactional knowledge.

Compensation

  • $75k-$100k

  • We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes employer-paid contributions toward employee medical benefits, paid holidays, and generous paid time off (PTO), so you can maintain a healthy work-life balance.
  • All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or veteran status.
  • $82,500 to $103,500 *Position is eligible for quarterly bonus and commissions tied to quarterly goals.
