Develop investment theses, financing strategies, and market analyses to support strategic decision-making, capital allocation, and long-term growth.
Strong financial modeling, valuation and analytical skills: specifically, experience building company models, merger models, or project finance / debt financing.
Strategic thinker with the ability to synthesize market data into actionable insights and drive high-impact decisions.

2+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, private credit, or venture capital, ideally with a focus on AI, cloud infrastructure, debt capital markets, and/or restructuring.

Excellent presentation and communication abilities, with experience presenting to executives and external stakeholders.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, balancing multiple complex projects.
We have research papers accepted at top machine learning and graphics conferences, including NeurIPS, ICCV, SIGGRAPH, and TOG

This high-impact role will collaborate cross-functionally to identify opportunities and execute transactions that support Lambda's long-term vision.
Lead financial modeling, valuation analysis, capital structure analysis, and due diligence for M&A transactions, strategic investments, and debt and equity financing activities.
Deep interest in AI, cloud infrastructure, and emerging technology trends-prior experience in the machine learning or GPU computing space is a strong plus.
