Responsibilities
- Performs property maintenance of pools, spas, and pool areas if applicable
- We are focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences, creating authentic moments, and fostering an environment that nurtures and develops a new generation of leaders.
Requirements
- We appreciate availability for on-call purposes and the flexibility and ability to work weekends when necessary!
- Responds to all service requests on-call emergencies as directed by the Property Manager and Service Manager, which must be completed in a timely and professional manner
- Housekeeping duties as required, as well as snow removal during winter months, when needed
- Candidate should have strong experience with plumbing, electrical, appliances, and painting.
Compensation
- $20k-$24k
