About the role
- This role is accountable for the accuracy, completeness, and oversight of audit financials, tax returns, treasury operations, lending and covenant reporting, and related finance controls.
Responsibilities
- Lead domestic and international tax compliance activities, including federal, state, local, and foreign filings
- Prepare and review monthly cash forecasts, liquidity reporting, and quarterly balance sheet analyses to support executive decision-making and financial planning.
- Lead external audit processes, banking field exams, lender reporting, and valuation support activities, serving as a primary finance liaison for auditors, banks, and external advisors across all entities.
- Maintain GSA and SAM.gov registrations for applicable entities, including labor category and pricing updates, modifications, and compliance with government contracting requirements.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and professional development to finance personnel, including setting performance objectives, maintaining internal controls, and building organizational capability across the finance function.
- Perform other job-related duties consistent with the scope and level of the position.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. (required)
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
- Experience with international accounting, transfer pricing, and global mobility requirements.
Nice to have
- Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. (preferred)
- CPA preferred but not required.
- Public accounting experience preferred.
