About the role

  • Physical Demands: - Ability to sit and/or stand for up to 7.5 hours per shift; - Manual dexterity to do repetitive tasks such as data entry.
  • Please note that ALS Geochemistry operates 24/7 and will require day, afternoon, and graveyard shift work including weekends.

  • Maintains close liaison with supervisors and other lab staff to ensure the smooth delivery of our services to clients;
  • Maintain a positive work environment through active team participation and a focus on quality customer service;

Requirements

  • Previous experience with data entry systems required
  • Ability to sit and/or stand for up to 7.5 hours per shift
  • To be eligible to work at ALS you must be a Citizen or Permanent Resident of the country you are applying for, or either hold or be able to obtain, a valid working visa.

Nice to have

  • Administrative Assistant training or business degree preferred.

Skills

  • Strong interpersonal, leadership and organizational and communication skills;
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills;
  • Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal;
  • Strong customer service focus, interpersonal and organizational abilities;
  • Detail oriented and quality focused individual.
