About the role
- Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities from mobilization through project closeout
- Lead, mentor, and develop field staff, foremen, and subcontractors to maintain high performance standards
Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations including scheduling, sequencing, and manpower planning
- Oversee quality control to ensure all work meets contract documents, company standards, and client expectations
- Maintain strict compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and site-specific requirements
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite at all times
- Perform regular site inspections and ensure timely completion of punch list items
- Identify and communicate design conflicts, existing conditions, and field issues to the project management team
- Represent the company professionally with clients, architects, inspectors, and building management teams
- Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and fast-paced project schedules
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, and sequencing
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting plans, specifications, and shop drawings
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with project teams
- Ability to thrive in a high-expectation, deadline-driven environment
Nice to have
- Minimum of 7+ years of field experience on commercial construction projects (South Florida experience preferred)
- Prior experience in high-end interior or luxury commercial construction strongly preferred
