About the role
- As a Senior Civil Engineer and Team Leader, you'll combine your technical expertise and leadership skills to guide projects, mentor staff, and strengthen client partnerships that make communities more sustainable, connected, and resilient.

- Oversee project budgets, schedules, staffing, and performance to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred).
- 15+ years of experience in municipal or public infrastructure design and project management.
- Registered Professional Engineer (PE) in New York State or ability to obtain within 6 months.
- Proven experience leading teams, managing clients, and delivering successful infrastructure projects.
- Demonstrated experience with public works contracts, including bidding procedures, construction administration, contract compliance, and documentation requirements.
- Strong understanding of AutoDesk Civil 3D, stormwater and water infrastructure design, and local standards.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
Compensation
- $130,000 - $180,000 per year The specific salary offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location.
