About the role

This position will sustain and improve product die yield for semiconductor manufacturing processes by ensuring equipment and processes are optimized, monitored, controlled, and reliable.
Duties and Responsibilities - Sustain current processes to achieve die yield goals.
The pay offered is based on many factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, job-related experience, skills and level of the position.

Drive manufacturing to improve yields by improving electrical distributions and levels of defectivity.
Manage new product introduction and production support engineering for a specific product or group of products after transfer from design to production.
Interface with design, process, test, reliability and manufacturing engineering to solve product issues and production problems.
Develop and sustain process improvements to reduce production costs and increase yields.

Bachelor or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Material Science, Physics, or other closely related field required
Significant knowledge of CMOS, DMOS, Bipolar, and Discrete semiconductor devices
Experience with yield analysis and data-driven decision making
Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively across multiple functions

3-5 years' directly related experience preferred but will consider a strong recent college graduate.

The estimated base salary range for the position is $90,000-$127,000.
