About the role
- Evio Compass is an analytic product that identifies patients who need timely attention due to clinical or financial risk to themselves or our health plan and/or health system clients.
- The product blends together patient, plan, provider data with clinical intelligence and data science to identify risks.
- These risks are stratified and prioritized for plan attention after validation by Evio clinicians to confirm actionability.
Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities to improve existing algorithms and build new ones that better surface patient risk
- Create a framework for algorithm development, implementation, and measurement to guide end-to-end evolution
- Design, build, and execute in close collaboration with an internal team comprised of product managers, data scientists, ML engineers, clinicians, dev ops engineers, and software engineers
- Serve as the primary product partner for clients, building strong, trusted relationships to deliver consistent value
